- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in Program or Project Management.
- 7 years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
- Experience managing programs and processes across distributed systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with project management and process optimization with data analytics components.
- Experience with change management, program management tooling, and new tooling roll-out.
- Ability to adapt communication from executives to individual engineers.
