Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communication, or Electronics Engineering plus 5 years of experience developing and implementing Financial Business Intelligence Data Mart solutions using software tools including ETL Informatica tools, Data Modeling tools, Database Technologies, mainframes, and Unix in or for the financial services industry is required. Must have experience with: (i) performing analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements and translating into system requirement specifications; (ii) architecting and designing solutions to store consumer and business banking data including Leads, Referrals, Financial Accounts, Trust Management, and Private Clients; (iii) developing software solutions, including multiple integrations and business rules / business requirements in support of business; (iv) leading teams and projects through development and delivery of software development solutions; (v) working with development teams to review requirements, creating technical solution designs, performing code reviews, and supporting team through testing and resolution of associated software defects; (vi) implementing full project lifecycle software development including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, support and enhancement; (vii) planning and participating in production deployment support, technical validation and issue resolution; (viii) developing database SQL queries to perform data analysis, tuning and quality; (ix) proof of concept/process improvement development activities involving business assessment, feature analysis and development; and (x) coaching and mentoring domestic and international project development teams.
