What you need to know about the role
• Regulatory compliance resides in the Global Financial Crimes (GFC), Partnership, and Network Compliance organization that fosters strong compliance culture, executes second line of defense obligations, and advises business units and functions across the enterprise
• We are seeking a senior analyst to support our Payment Partnerships Diligence & Oversight compliance program to help manage risk and compliance related engagements with external financial partners (including banks, networks, processors, etc.).

Your way to Impact

  • You will work closely with first-line stakeholders to refine processes for managing oversight of external financial partners, including inbound and outbound due diligence engagements and internal and external governance routines.
  • You will be responsible for supporting the risk and compliance components of negotiations with existing and new financial partners, working with relevant internal stakeholders and subject matter expert teams when applicable and assessing financial partner relationships against enterprise risk taxonomy domains.

Your day-to-day

In your day-to-day role you will:

  • Monitor and review third-party relationships, including due diligence processes
  • Provide advisory support to business units on payment partnership and network-related matters
  • Stay current with industry best practices
  • Develop and implement proactive financial partner engagement processes
  • Engage in cross-functional escalations from financial partners
  • Collaborate internally to influence the quality and effectiveness of risk management processes.
  • Analyze and assess risks to provide informed recommendations for mitigation strategies.
  • Work outside defined processes to determine appropriate actions in complex situations.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for entry-level and developing colleagues on risk management practices and strategies
  • Engage with stakeholders to communicate risk assessments and proposed solutions.

What do you need to bring

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in driving positive outcomes between compliance and business leaders
  • Excellent project management skills, well organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure
  • A high-level of intellectual, professional, and interpersonal agility/flexibility, combined with stronganalytical/problem-solvingskills
  • Strong ability to inspire/foster an inclusive/diverse culture
  • Demonstrated ability to build/maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including strengths in influencing, conflict management, and negotiation
  • Ability to communicate complex matters in a simple and clear manner
  • Excellent ability to analyze risks in complex business processes and recommend controls to mitigate those risks
