As you embark on your journey with us, you'll be required to work on-site, especially during your training period of approximately 6 months, depending on your toolset mastery. Following your training, you'll have the chance to define a hybrid/work from home arrangement with your manager, with the understanding that continued on-site presence will be essential. Full-time remote work is not available for this role.

Candidate must possess the below minimum qualifications to be considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of schoolwork/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.Minimum Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelors degree in the fields that are powering the future, including Electrical Engineering, Photonics, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Optoelectronics, Optics, Physics, Material Science, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

  • 3+ months hands-on experience with Python, MS Office, Power BI, or Statistical Analysis

  • 3+ months experience with design of experiment (DOE) techniques

  • Academic excellence with a maintained minimum 3.0 GPA.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Insight into substrate manufacturing that sets you apart.

  • A passion for programming, particularly Python.

  • Experience in the realms of photonics, optoelectronics, optical transceiver components, semiconductor or device physics.

  • Acumen for failure analysis techniques.
