As you embark on your journey with us, you'll be required to work on-site, especially during your training period of approximately 6 months, depending on your toolset mastery. Following your training, you'll have the chance to define a hybrid/work from home arrangement with your manager, with the understanding that continued on-site presence will be essential. Candidate must possess the below minimum qualifications to be considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of schoolwork/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.Minimum Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelors degree in the fields that are powering the future, including Electrical Engineering, Photonics, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Optoelectronics, Optics, Physics, Material Science, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
3+ months hands-on experience with Python, MS Office, Power BI, or Statistical Analysis
3+ months experience with design of experiment (DOE) techniques
Academic excellence with a maintained minimum 3.0 GPA.
Preferred Qualifications:
Insight into substrate manufacturing that sets you apart.
A passion for programming, particularly Python.
Experience in the realms of photonics, optoelectronics, optical transceiver components, semiconductor or device physics.
Acumen for failure analysis techniques.
