What You’ll Do:

  • Strategize for Growth: Develop creative strategies to boost growth and engagement in our Scaled Restaurant portfolio by upselling Martech products like Ads and Offers, driving top-line growth.
  • Analyze & Act: Dive deep into growth and slowdown trends within the SMB portfolio, identifying root causes and implementing actionable solutions to generate incremental trips and stabilize performance.
  • Review & Refine: Lead structured reviews to assess the impact of demand-generation strategies and campaigns, presenting data-driven insights to key stakeholders.
  • Innovate Projects: Design and launch demand-generation initiatives to enhance SMB visibility, engagement, and ROI, both within and beyond the Uber Eats app.
  • Optimize Operations: Own and execute a roadmap to improve operational metrics (e.g., connection, unaccepts, cancels) and ensure seamless eater experiences.

    Drive Execution: Break down big-picture ideas into meaningful steps, turning strategies into actionable processes that deliver real results.

  • Collaborate & Build Relationships: Work closely with cross-functional, Ops, and TU teams to ensure long-term growth for the SMB segment.

  • Lead with Impact: Manage and mentor 1 to 2 direct reports, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

What You’ll Need:

  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Proven People Management skills.
  • 5+ years in roles involving commercial strategy, tech operations, business consulting, or online food delivery.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with strong analytical and strategic skills to spot growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and deliver results.
  • A solid understanding of Mexico’s tech, restaurant, or SMB landscape is a plus.
  • Exceptional project implementation and stakeholder management skills.
  • A structured and innovative mindset, always seeking ways to improve.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, with high-volume data processing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SQL or similar programming languages.
  • Experience with Martech products like Ads and Offers.
  • Expertise in high-volume SMB operations or restaurant growth strategies.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Previous experience as a people manager.
