JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Transformation FinanceDirector at Honeywell, you will report directly to the Global OperationsFinance Leader and oversee the finance transformation portfolio, monitor itsexecution, manage transformation day meetings, refine the operating system fortransformation, and lead the Transformation Center of Excellence.

In this role, you will have adirect impact on the overall financial performance and success of Honeywell.You will lead, identify and support transformation initiatives, identifyopportunities for process optimization and automation, and drive cost reductionefforts. Additionally, you will provide financial analysis and insights tosupport decision-making, develop business cases for investment opportunities,and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading the ControllershipFinance function in a matrix environment and delivering communications andprogram governance across multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Leading annual processes andgrowth initiatives across Controllership organization.
  • Continuously reviewing andrecommending changes to the current monthly cadence and operating model.
  • Leading projects andcollaborating cross-functionally to achieve Controllership objectives.
  • Building partnerships with IT,Enterprise Transformation, and Strategic Business Units.
  • Identify and implement projectsaround the latest technologies, including AI technology and BOT technology
  • Executing multi-year plans toenable Finance functions, grow capability maturity, and establish governance.
  • Working with Controllership todesign future state processes.
  • Driving monthly routines forFinance Transformation and providing updates to Finance Leadership.

• 10+ years of finance experienceleading cross-functional improvement initiatives
• Finance process knowledge inthe areas of controllership.
• Excellent communication andpresentation skills
• Strong leadership andinfluencing skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance,Accounting, or related field
• Experience with processre-design and Lean Six Sigma
• Experience in a corporatefinance role supporting transformation programs
• Knowledge of financial systemsand tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion)
• Strong project managementskills
• Ability to work effectively ina matrixed and global organization
• Strategic mindset and abilityto think analytically
• Continuous improvement mindsetand ability to drive change
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance,Accounting, or related field
