Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Own and expand strategic relationships with top regional oncology accounts, including NCI-designated centers, IDNs, GPO-affiliated groups, and regional cancer networks to enhance product access, influence treatment adoption, and deliver long-term value.

Conduct deep account profiling to uncover protocol structures, reimbursement workflows, payer mix, decision-making hierarchies, and institutional barriers laying the foundation for targeted engagement and access strategy.

Lead the development and implementation of account-specific strategic business plans that integrate brand goals, identify key milestones, secure protocol inclusion, and drive measurable stakeholder engagement and value creation.

Lead cross-functional alignment and coordination with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, HUB/Patient Services, and Reimbursement, Medical Affairs, HEOR, and Government Affairs teams to ensure seamless execution across the patient and provider journey.

Serve as the field interface to Corporate KAMs by executing national strategies locally, maintaining consistency across regional and national priorities, and delivering feedback to inform broader contracting and access strategies.

Deliver high-impact engagements both in-person and virtually to present clinical and value-based evidence, troubleshoot access barriers, support reimbursement navigation, and drive pull-through across clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.

Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, including Oncology experience required.

Demonstrated track record of strategic impact through account planning and execution, with ability to localize and implement strategic business plans within complex delivery systems.

Demonstrated clinical engagement and pull-through, communicating clinical and economic value to pharmacy and therapeutic area leaders.

Proven relationship development, building trust with C-suite, D-suite, P&T committee members, and care team influencers.

In-depth local market knowledge, including referral patterns, infusion practices, and site-level operational levers.

Experience in sales integration and field coordination, aligning pull-through strategy with field sales teams.

Strong internal collaboration, sharing insights, escalating barriers, and partnering with regional and corporate stakeholders.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Willingness and ability to travel frequently (50%+).
