Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Statistics, or related field AND 4+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, operations-related roles, or engineering
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Technology, Cloud Services and/or Supply Chain Management
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Prior experience in spares supply chain and / or fulfillment processes

Other Requirements

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Ops/Industrial /Manufacturing Engineering or Business
  • Executive presence with good verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills in data analytics to include Excel, Power BI, etc.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, ambiguous environment
  • Prior experience in Spares and / or Fulfillment processes, preferably in the high-tech industry

Responsibilities
  • Act as the single point of contact for datacenter stakeholders world-wide for the Network spares space, sharing the voice of the customer back into the Spares Supply Chain from an improvement and priority standpoint
  • Leveraging an understanding of internal customer roadmaps, feedback, business reviews, and analytics, drive clarity on key datacenter pain points and actions needed to ensure world-class spares availability and service
  • Continually drive a broad education of Network spares processes across the EG and datacenter stakeholder group to ensure clarity on processes and Roles and Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the improvement roadmap for Network spares to include business requirements and justification for tools and automation
