You’ll lead and manage consultancy services to our major clients. Due to the varied nature of the potential work, candidates are required to be familiar with the RIBA project development stages, from concept through to detailed design and construction / implementation using the project lifecycle stages and scope agreed with the client.
- This role is based on a Hybrid basis from our Glasgow office
- Full time employment with Jacobs is on the basis of 40 hours pw
- An understanding of Building Projects and / or Buildings experience
- Degree qualified in appropriate engineering, construction or management subject preferred, but other qualifications will be considered
- Likely to be a member of the Association of Project Management (MAPM) or other relevant recognised professional body
- Experienced in Contract administration utilising various forms of procurement, ideally including NEC 3 and NEC 4
- Can effectively plan, monitor and control the work of self and others taking account of the priorities across multiple projects
- A good understanding of UK CDM & Health and Safety Legislation – to be able to drive a positive HS&W culture across multiple projects
- A proactive attitude and be keen to take ownership of client relationships and contribute to the growth of our business and PM Team
