What you'll do...
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of AI/ML product strategy and roadmaps.
Manage a team of 30-50 direct reports, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists.
Drive the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions that enhance personalization, recommendation systems, and customer experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate complex AI/ML concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Drive diversity and inclusion efforts within the team and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Experience in AI/ML, personalization, and recommendation systems.
Background in eCommerce and building consumer experiences.
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
Strong communication and storytelling skills for technically complex problems.
