Key job responsibilities
- Develop and lead Energy Partnerships with key utilities and regulators across the US and Canada
- Act as a subject matter expert on North American electrical grid initiatives, programs, challenges
- Develop strategy, manage ongoing program and present periodic updates to senior leaders- Build partnerships with internal and external organizations to develop next-generation solutions- Solve complex problems with simple, innovative, and practical solutions
- Work with stakeholders to define program scope, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop milestones to ensure timely completion of programs

- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or related field)
- 10+ years of experience in energy markets
- 10+ years of business development, technical product or program manager experience
- Experience developing large scale partnerships and programs with utilities across North America
- Experience making business decisions using relevant data and insights
