Tasks will include:

• Work directly with the People Care team on topics related to the overall employee life cycle
• Support Nokia Poland employees in HR-related topics
• Organizing and archiving local documents

You have :

• Active student status
• Good English, both spoken and written
• Availability to work from the office in Wroclaw (or hybrid)
• Experience working with MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI)
• Teamwork and adaptability
• Ethical conduct and integrity: Understanding the importance of confidentiality and ethical standards in HR
• Learning agility: eagerness to learn and develop new skills, especially in HR policies, procedures, and systems
