We have an opportunity for a Production Planner to join us at Honeywell, in Southend, where you will be responsible for defining, creating, planning & measuring execution of a consensus constrained Master Production Schedule / Production Plan; review changes in the Net Demand Requirements/ Supply Plan; execution of pull-in's and push-out's of Planned & Firm Production Orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, review, identify, address and actively resolve issues with Demand, Capacity Constraints related to the Site Rough Cut Capacity Plans (Cell, Prod Line etc) and Material Availability
- Partner with Supply Planners within Distribution Centres & Inventory / Material Planners supporting the Site in maintaining accurate planning parameters / material master data
- Close involvement with Prod Marketing for NPI/EOL/Promotion/Projects/Product Lifecycle
- Review of the Capacity and Constrained Supply plans in the SIOP cycle
- Own KPIs for Supply & Production - OTFP, Past Due, Site Inventory, MPS Load & Schedule Adherence, Unconfirmed SO
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in a related operations management or supply chain management or equivalent
- Proven background in Supply Planning, Operations Planning / Scheduling, Materials Management or other Sales Inventory & Operations Planning related Functional area
- Minimum SAP knowledge and proven usage (seeking Kinexsis Rapid Response a plus)
- SIOP, S&OP process knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong verbal & written communication skills
