Responsibilities:
- Aids in ensuring that the firm has competitive and cost effective reward policies and practices.
- Responsible for developing and executing the firm's reward strategy,managing the key areas of reward, benefits and pensions and liaising with third parties to develop a consistent best practice approach.
- Ensures that reward practices are compliant with the relevant regulatory recommendations and requirements.
- Manages Compensation/payroll/Benefit's administration function staff budget and planning.
- Applies in-depth knowledge of Compensation/Payroll/Benefits administration policies and practices.
- Formulates policy initiatives and partners with HR and/or directly with the Business, CES and other external Consultants to implement and deliver projects.
- Manages a team or multiple teams of Compensation professionals. Responsible for hiring, compensation, performance appraisals, staff development, training, etc.
- Partners with the revenue areas to improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity and / or control.
- Remains active part of the management team for product or business area.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience
- Seasoned manager with extensive product knowledge and expertise
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Proactive leadership and motivational skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Proven influencing and relationship management skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

-Conocimiento en encuestas de compensaciones, manejo y seguimiento con Senior Management,
Manejo de paquetería Office (Excel avanzado, manejo de presentaciones)
Deseable manejo de inglés intermedio – avanzado.
