Responsibilities:
- Understand and identify user behaviors and challenges through direct and frequent customer interactions, conducting user research (interviews, observations) and usability tests.
- Develop creative, intuitive, feasible, and viable solutions in collaboration with product managers, peer UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders.
- Continuously test and refine ideas using wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Translate solutions into detailed designs and clearly articulated requirements for new features and improvements to existing features.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to groom user stories, verify implementations, and provide solutions to real-time challenges.
- Analyze and present product analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and best practices in UX and UI design.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in User Experience and UI Design.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience designing complex B2B web products.
- Experience in building interactive prototypes and testing them with users.
- Expertise in creating detailed UI and visual designs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Specialized knowledge in data visualization and the ability to simplify complex data into clear visual stories.
- Experience working in collaboration with multiple designers, product managers, and engineering teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with peers.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in digital design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Visual Communication, or an equivalent field from a reputable institution.
- A portfolio that demonstrates relevant experience and skills is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience conducting user research using various techniques.
- Background in products utilizing machine learning.
- Familiarity with creating and/or working with design systems.
- Experience in micro-copy and working with usage analytics tools such as Pendo, FullStory, etc.
