Reporting to theOperations ManagerResponsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and managing an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence .
What a typical day looks like:
- Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
- Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.
- Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
- Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.
- Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.
- Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.
- Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews.
- Coach and mentor Operations team.
- Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes.
- Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
- A Master’s or MBA degree is preferred.
- Requires a minimum of 8 years of operations experience, including supervision.
