Job Overview

We are hiring a Partner Marketing Strategy owner to help shape the future of scaling the growth of our Partner Marketing strategy. You will work directly with leaders across SAP to help define, implement, and operationalize the strategy for Global Partner Marketing.

This role operational requires skills along with digital marketing best practices for scaling a cloud business. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new marketing processes and programs that can accelerate the growth and revenue for our cloud products with & through our partner ecosystem. You will ensure our approach has measurable impact and driving structural programs that maximize the ROI. You must have a desire to build world class approaches that can scale. You are comfortable as a systems thinker to spot opportunities to improve our investments, marketing give/gets, operating models and integration of Global Partner Marketing strategy into the overall SAP global corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and define Partner Go-to-Market customer segmentation strategies in partnership with SAP channel management teams.
  • Define partner marketing benefits programs that support the SAP ecosystem’s ability to generate leads, boost brand visibility, and drive growth across a customer buying cycle.
  • Own the strategic and annual business planning process with business unit leaders, analyze performance trends, and support executive business review processes.
  • Drive internal alignment and plans for simplifying processes for use of demand generation funds aimed at building market presence, joint pipeline opportunities, and revenue acceleration with/through partners.
  • Create board level actionable strategies that move the partner business and marketing forward. Be the primary developer of the content, strategy that will go to the CEO, board, CMSO etc.
  • Consistent benchmarking of industry trends and best practices that help shape the transformation of Partner Marketing.

Qualifications

  • College degree (MBA/Masters preferred) 10+ years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing or business planning.
  • Prior experience in Management Consulting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding and experience in online/digital marketing tactics.
  • An owner personality. You’re biased toward action and can work to corral cross functional teams toward your goal.
  • A growth hacker who has experience building plans which accelerate business outcomes with new methods.
  • Strong time and project management skills with proven track record of successfully running multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communications, writing and presentation skills, as well as having demonstrated analytical abilities.
