Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience working with design and architecture, and testing/launching software products.
- 3 years of experience managing engineers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to build diversity and inclusion in teams culture and influence product/organizational direction for third-party and first-party teams in Salesforce Hub.
- Ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects/tasks across various user groups.
- Ability to contribute to broader culture and community, facilitating training and company-wide programs.
- Ability to influence others, build consensus, and effectively resolve conflict.
