The AWS Network Design and Deployment Team (NIDD) team is searching for a passionate and talented Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) to drive Data Center and Network Capacity planning in N. America. You will assess the demand requirements along with available network resources to determine and drive prime solutions for our customers. You will work with stakeholders to complete pre-requisites necessary to deliver critical networking capacity. You will lead programs with goals to improve infrastructure resource utilization and availability. You will work with teams across the ADC Organization to effectively plan and deliver data center capacity.This position requires that the candidate selected be a US citizen and currently possess and maintain an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.Key job responsibilities
Key job responsibilities- Work with stakeholders (networking engineers/tech program managers/senior management) to define requirements and processes.
- Manage the dependencies and the interfaces between projects and negotiate the trade-offs needed.
- Provide program progress reporting on a regular basis.
- End to end responsibility for the program’s execution and success.
- Manage multiple competing projects/programs simultaneously.
- Develop and implement scalable, data-driven process improvement/automated solutions.- Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role

- 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 2+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above
- 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
