Key responsibilities of the role include (not limited to):
· Defining the strategy and mechanisms to measure success of strategy for your domain.
· Hiring and grooming a high performing program management team and drive organizational success by establishing, measuring and tracking team and individual goals.
· Developing and implementing scalable closed loop internal and external engagement mechanisms to enable team strategy.
· Work across peer teams and stakeholders to drive data driven process improvements to achieve resiliency, efficiency and scale for the issue support function.
· Responsible to assess team’s performance towards organizational goals and communicate progress and action plans to leadership and stakeholders.· Monitor and Provide metrics inputs to various reporting decks; communicate key performance indicators and process toward efficiency and effectiveness goals· A leader focused on developing a successful team by proactively removing bottlenecks, using high judgement to prioritize initiatives, and investing in coaching and career development.
· A structured problem solver who develops and delivers an execution plan to achieve to achieve program objectives.
· Customer obsessed in their approach to measure and analyze issues and developer of scalable solutions through their team.

Drive consensus with Senior leadership and work to get alignment for specific goals.
Define SMART goals that can apply for organizations growing organically.
Ability to define planet scale processes which provides structure for complex systems and ML models.
Drive planet scale programs across North America Stores which include but not limited to compliance and SDO mandates.
Ability to communicate across multiple senior leadership chain and complete tradeoffs.
Model best practices in communications (status reports, program documents, PR/FAQs, stakeholder management), planning and scheduling, identifying critical path, managing within budget and resource constraints, managing risk, and escalating appropriately.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
