Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 13 years of experience in data analytics, cybersecurity, program management, business strategy, technology research, anti-abuse, policy or related fields.
- 2 years of experience in people management, leading teams.
- 2 years of experience working with GenAI technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience making business decisions, including identifying gaps or business needs, and innovating and scaling solutions.
- Experience in data analytics using statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Experience analyzing ML models or working on LLMs.
- Ability to think logically and work effectively in a fluid/constantly changing environment and to influence cross-functionally and cross-geographically with all levels of management.
- Ability to handle multiple executive stakeholders, influencing safety strategy and operational execution at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills, with a demonstrated ability to act as a structured problem solver and excellent communicator with attention to detail.
