you will be managing team and lead improvements on all order management related processes within GBS Order Management SRC for EMEA. This role combines people management together with complex topics of issues and pro-actively taking lead in process improvements.

Your role:
Leading a team and ensuring we have a harmonized processes and standard set of tasks focused on maximizing customer satisfaction for the streams agreed with the markets
Identifying and delivering process efficiency, productivity
Monitoring the KPI and taking necessary actions as soon as possible to steer and correct.
Driving process standardization within your Value Stream.
Improving the business performance by applying LEAN in the Value Stream.
Supporting on ad-hoc basis knowledge sharing (on-boarding of newcomers, new process introduction, etc), and safeguard quality and compliance of Work Instruction for specific domain.

You're the right fit if:
University degree
Professional experience in people management
Proven experience in supply chain
Hands-on experience with LEAN techniques and culture
Good communication skills at different levels
You have strong stakeholder management & negotiation skills.
You are self-driven with strong problem solving skills.
Fluent in English
