A HR Process Delivery Specialist agent is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of transactions, related to Front Office and Back Office tasks, inputs and/or processes needed to achieve contractual SLA/KPIs and client expectations. They must ensure to follow all process controls defined in each process. They assume additional responsibilities as assigned Enter and/or update data accurately and comply with SLA.
Fluent Portuguese, Spanish Has data processing skills including use of excel spreadsheets, reports, and databases. • Has strong organizational, priorization and excellent time management skills.
