Your day-to-day:

• Set up machine learning service, perform ML model building and in-depth statistical analysis to identify opportunities to optimize decision management.
• Collaborate with x-functional teams to translate business challenges into ML/data science problems, transform data into analytical assets, data products and actionable intelligence for faster decision making for all our customers.
• Design, develop and maintain machine learning/automation platform, apply and integrate machine learning algorithms into E2E automation pipeline.
• Regularly evaluate and communicate performance of analytical solutions, identify improvement opportunities, exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results on matters of significance to the business.

What do you need to bring:

• Master or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineer, Mathematics and Statistics.
• Have deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications with practical experience, good knowledge of broader AI/Statistics fields is a plus.
• Hands on with programming languages e.g., Python, Scala, etc., familiar with Big Data Technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Hive etc. Able to pick up new programming language quickly.
• Strong SQL skill, experienced on data analytics, statistical modeling, data mining and using analytical tool, good at transform business knowledge into analytical problems and solutions.
• Strong in problem solving. Good business sense and logical thinking. Ability to synthesize information and generalize the pattern. Highly skilled in drawing relevant conclusion from analysis.
• Good Communication capabilities, able to collaborate with remote teams effectively. Skilled in Presenting – can effectively communicate in large or small group settings.
