  • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Plan and organize events with channel partners.
  • Collaborate with internal resources for customer satisfaction.
  • Design and oversee the annual Business Plan.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of account management and sales experience.
  • Knowledge of Security software industry and core customer security processes.
  • Proven account management skills and background.
  • Conceptual grasp of requirements and solutions.
  • Swift resolution of critical issues.
  • Established customer and partner relationships.
  • Advanced degree, preferably in IT.
  • Willingness to travel.
