The successful candidate will have:
Experience in financial analysis and well-developed financial analysis and reporting techniques
Strong technical skills and proficiency using common financial analysis and reporting applications
Ability to analyze large sets of financial data and synthesize results into meaningful reporting
Well-developed analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to solve complex problems
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Two or more years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience in financial services industry, preferably in a Treasury, FP&A or related Finance role
- Understanding of bank financial statements and general accounting procedures
- Familiarity with bank performance measures and economic drivers of profitability
- Progress toward MBA or CFA designation a plus

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
