As a Professional Services Senior Consultant, you will provide technical and consultative guidance for solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements and deliver technical architectural design, strategies and solutions for engagements.You will:

• Provide technical expertise in important pre/post-sales meeting or presentations

• Participate in the installation, customization and integration of a Dell Technologies solution

• Work on complex projects and manage multiple work streams

• Leverage your in-depth industry knowledge of the business environment and various technical solutions to assist the customer to gain market share and increase operational efficiencies

Essential Requirements

• 8–12 years of related experience

• TS/SCI Clearance with willingness to upgrade to CI Poly if required,CompTIA Security+, and travel 50-75%

• Experience with installation, customization and integration of highly complex architecture and technologies

• Experience with executing projects with approved methodology while adhering to margin, planning and SOW requirements

• VMW Senior Consultant O&M Resource:* Deep Technical Experience in the below VMware VCF Suite components in the areas of usage, installation, optimization, and administration (-VMware SDDC Manager 4.5.x -vSphere-vCenter Server-vSAN-NSX-T-VMware Workspace ONE Access- vRealize Log Insight-vRealize Operations-vRealize Automation- vRealize Network Insight),* Perform System Lifecycle Management (- Apply critical security patches as released by vendor(s)- Coordinate security patches and software updates with customer Change Management and Cyber- Evaluate and apply non-critical updates and apply on an as needed basis- As new product updates are released, evaluate each release for applicability, new features, bug fixes. Coordinate with cyber and change management to obtain approval to apply, and* Performs day-two host, application configuration beyond deployment scope

• Bachelor’s degree

• Industry technical certifications– VCP-DCV, VCAP, VCDX and advanced knowledge of business/technology transformation programs such as Digital. IT, Security and Workforce
