As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC’s Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.
Job Description

• Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
• Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements .
• Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed .
• Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results .
• Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary .

Business Assessment, Business Process Modeling, IT Environment, IT Project Management, Requirements Analysis, Technical Writing/Documentation, Workflow AnalysisRoles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired.
