Managed Services (MSE) is responsible for keeping the network running and proposing / conducting network upgrades based on business requirements. Covers technical managing and operating of agreed components of IT and telecommunications services provided to end users of Nokia customers, within contracts agreed with those customers.

Coordination with Project teams for HLD/LLD/TOL/Design reviews

• Customer Issue handling and ensuring the end customer services are maintained.
• In depth troubleshooting and analysis of all issues in this platform at L2 Level
• Fault management/configuration of Fixed and Mobile network
• Analyze the ticket history and propose use case correlation within & inter-domain (advance correlation), for instance, RAN & Infra, RAN & TXN, Ribbon analytics, etc.
• In depth Knowledge required for Troubleshooting of Faults in Fixed and Mobile Network
• Understanding Minute Level Network architecture and Fault Troubleshooting with Ribbon tool and analytics
• Coordinating with OEM/Internal team for finding and analyzing the RCAs
• Guiding team members to execute complex & critical configuration changes.
• Tracking of issues related to tools and timely escalation as per pre-defined matrix.
• Probe connection and Data collection require to analyze the SCAM call.
• Understanding of complete call flows of fixed and Mobile core network
• Understanding of Key KPI and Performance Indicators for Fixed and Mobile Network
• Complete understanding of Protocols used in Fixed and Mobile network.

Skill set Required.

Candidate should have relevant technical experience on Ribbon SBC and SIP/ ISUP/ H.248/ RTP/INAP Protocols Node hands on required on SBC/ C20/ G9 and Probing Tool for Performance Driven Operation.

Identifying relevant specific components and interfaces needed for a fixed and Mobile Core network

Knowledge on Cloud Native Architecture and experience on Microservices, Kubernetes, Dockers, Containers

Excellent knowledge on Fixed Core and Mobile Core IMS Architecture Interface and Protocols.

Good Understanding on Service Based Architecture concepts/Network Slicing

Network Knowledge with create and assigning VLANS.

Knowledge with ticketing tool like ITSM, Incident management problem management change management.

Call flows of 5G / LTE like Registration, Re-Registration, De-Registration, VoLTE Call, Break-in / Break-Out, Hand-over, roaming etc.
