Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for services offerings.
Identify key target markets, potential clients, and growth opportunities.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
Drive sales of services solutions to both new and existing clients.
Services demand generation and positioning of Infinity Global Services (IGS) value with customers and fields sales teams.
Develop internal account strategy to ensure that IGS are part of strategic opportunities including Account Planning, Opportunity Seeding, Opportunity Strategy & Execution.
Actively manage account health and renewal processes, maximizing customer retention.
Ensure that account strategy for customers and partners covers both sell-to and sell-through opportunities.
Manage internal stakeholder relationships with field sales teams and partners.
Develop new business, cross-sell, up-sell and maintain current business through partner engagements.
Past experience as a Services Account Manager, Services Sales Specialist, Services Sales Consultant, Professional Services Sales Manager, Cybersecurity Services Sales is a plus.
Qualifications
12+ years of experience in named Account Management/Territory Sales experience.
12+ years of Service Account Management or Services Sales Specialist experience is desired.
Background in selling Cybersecurity solutions and services, preferably worked with Cybersecurity vendor companies, selling managed services, consulting services and professional services.
A proven track record of success is critical.
Must be a self-starter, hunter, and a strong deal closer.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
