- B.S. or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Music Technology, or equivalent experience
- Strong foundation with scripting languages like JavaScript and Python
- 3–5 years experience working with issue/ticket tracking, routing, and resolving
- Strong problem solving and debugging skills along with a diligent mentality
- Experience with building tools and software with generative AI
- Functional understanding of CS concepts and the software development lifecycle
- Fundamental understanding and experience with real-time audio handling (sample rates, buffering, PCM, drivers, etc.)
- Expert-level familiarity with Apple's products and platforms
- Exemplary written communication skills, and diligent, yet confident personal communication skills
- Experience with debugging low-level process and threading issues
- Experience with Swift/Objective-C/C++
- CoreAudio API experience
