Key Responsibilities:

Participate in the month-end close processes by performing activities that include, but are not limited to:

• Support accounting month end processes, which include preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations for areas of responsibility in accordance with established close schedule.
• Manage the accounting for the Company’s fixed assets, which include the maintenance of fixed assets in NetSuite’s Fixed Assets Management module.
• Manage the accounting for the Company’s prepaid accounts.
• Record lease entries in accordance with ASC 842.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Provide support to the accounts payable team.
• Provide support for quarterly reviews and year-end external audits, including preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual account analyses and assisting with deliverables to our external auditors.
• Assist in the review, documentation and streamlining of necessary internal controls and processes.
• Provide accounting support or assist with ad hoc projects as requested.

Qualifications:

• Strong Excel skills with ability to create pivot tables and perform v-look ups.
• Experience with accounting software and the month-end close process, including account reconciliations and analyses (NetSuite, FloQast, Blackline).
• Public company experience is highly desirable.
• Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines and possess good time management skills.
• Results-oriented with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be able to work independently or with a team, self-starter, energetic.
• Willing to work in a productivity-driven environment with a high volume of workflow.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Reliable and professional.
