• Encouraging innovations in the team to developing new ideas that can overcome design bottlenecks

You’ve hit the right job ad if you are/have:

• PhD in physics with minimum 10 years of relevant work experience (at least 5 years of managerial experience)

• Broad experience in dealing with multi-cultural environments

• Knowledge in the field of electron microscopy (SEM/TEM)

• Expertise in the development of particle beam systems

• Knowledge in the field of (ultra) high vacuum and/or high voltage technology desirable

• Interest in solving experimental and theoretical problems

• Proven leadership experience in a high-tech environment preferred

• Good project management skills

• Fluent English – both written and spoken
