1. Lead Frontend Development: Guide the design, implementation, and optimization of responsive and accessible user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks and libraries.2. Establish Frontend Architecture: Drive the development of reusable and modular UI components, adhering to best practices and design systems.3. Performance and Quality Excellence: Ensure optimal performance by implementing efficient rendering techniques, code splitting, and other performance optimization strategies. Contribute to establishing and maintaining high-quality standards for the frontend codebase through testing, code reviews, and best practices.4. Collaboration and Mentorship: Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into seamless user experiences. Share knowledge across the organization through tech talks and mentoring other frontend developers.A day in the life

Work/Life Balance
- Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node
- Experience using JavaScript frameworks and the latest Web Standards
- Experience in computer science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis)
- Experience with WASM, WebGPU
- Experience building reusable UX components or libraries
- Master's degree in computer science or equivalent
