As an SAP SD/MM/HR Consultant at IBM, you will help to assist clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solution – SAP. This is an opportunity to leverage your experience and skills in a truly innovative environment, where your ideas will always be welcome, and your understanding of customer needs will come into its own. You will support local/international projects carried out in SAP area, maintaining all or part of projects in the SD/MM or/and HR modules in cooperation with business and IT. You will also analyze of business clients needs and develop & implement of changes within SAP SD/MM or/and SAP HR module based on business requests. The priority will be to work on the execution of the design, implementation, and documentation of the new SAP Defense & Security functionality.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP product consulting, systems integration, or as an architect role.
  • Fluent in both Polish and English – both written and verbal.
  • Passport holding of a NATO country is required.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in one or more functional/module area:
    • SAP SD
    • SAP MM
    • SAP HR
  • Strong organization and communication skills.


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Long-term professional experience in SAP consulting with the industry solution D&S (Defense & Security) or DFPS (Defense Forces & Public Security).
  • Experience with SAP Defense & Security, SAP MRO, SAP Defense Forces & Public Security (DFPS) is a huge plus.
  • Compliance with NATO security clearance is a huge plus.
  • Exposure to compliance regulations like GDPR, ITAR and Export Compliance.
  • Ability to analyze and design of the processes, technical implementation in the system in areas of the SAP HR / HCM, Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Personnel Time Management (PT), Personnel Administration (PY) or SAP SD/ MM.
  • Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and postproduction support of standard and custom business solutions supporting SAP SD/HR/MM module.
  • Fluent spoken Ukraninan.
