Business Analysis Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the line of business has a sustainable and disciplined end-to-end control & remediation environment, identifying and escalating process gaps with a sense of urgency, and partnering with various Business partners to ensure issues are document and remediated within required service levels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable for achieving key service metrics, meeting or exceeding productivity goals,
- Drive process improvement and change management
- Ensure all work is processed within assigned service levels and meets Legal/Compliance requirements
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills
- Demonstrates people management skills and cultivates positive, inclusive work environment
- Ensure that controls are properly designed, operating effectively, and essential to a proactive risk and control culture that leverages proven evaluation strategies and sound change management protocols
- Responsible for daily remediation for exception processes caused by systemic failures or Card Service specialist account maintenance errors.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
- Prior experience in operations functions such as Card, Retail, Auto or Business Banking Servicing functions would be required.
- Understanding end to end back-end teams Servicing function would be an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience recommended
- 5-7 years of experience in financial services industry with background in controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, or compliance preferred; or equivalent subject matter expertise in a relevant business related function/operation
- Presentation / Communications: Develop and deliver concise presentations that clearly articulate challenges, actions, and results for complex matters – creating clarity and bias for action with key stakeholders.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with the ability to influence change with key stakeholder across various organizations
- Previous management experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
- Strong Card Servicing and C3 TSYS Mainframe knowledge is preferred
This is a Hybrid position which will require the incumbent to commute/work on site 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week.
