In this role, you will:
- Publish investment-related content to intranet web pages for advisors and investment professionals in the Wealth & Investment Management division — includes entering metadata and keywords for search engine optimization
- Prepare publications for publishing, including testing and tagging for compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) company policy requirements; formatting to ensure compliance with Wells Fargo brand standards; and securing(password-protecting)PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat
- Submit investment-related publication content into a compliance workflow system for review and approval by licensed qualified supervisors and communication compliance reviewers; that includes monitoring a publishing email inbox for new submissions from external strategic relationship partners
- Distribute approved publications via email to subscription lists of investment professionals
- Enter all publishing activity into a Publisher Tracking Spreadsheet using Microsoft Excel
- Monitor intranet expiration reports, updating or removing content before they cause broken links; also may include remediating broken links on intranet pages
- Attend a one-hour publisher meeting every two weeks and monthly informational sessions for publishers hosted by the Intranet Services team
- Participate in special projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Website Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training or education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience using web publishing tools
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat, and other editorial production software
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Experience working in a market-driven environment with tight deadlines
- Expertise in ADA tagging or user-centered design a plus
