Drive Efficiency & Utilization in the department
- Design and optimize the structure and workflows of the Project Management function to ensure high efficiency and effective support across different regions.
- Define and track KPIs to measure teams performance and operational success.
- Forecast project pipeline and assess team capacity needs across different locations, including offshore sites, to ensure the right team size and structure for future demand.
Lead Process Evolution Through Change
- Own and refine project management processes, adapting them to support evolving business needs and company growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and Technical Product) to plan smooth execution of customer projects at scale.
- Drive standardization and scalability in project delivery, while maintaining flexibility for client-specific needs.
- Implement best practices for risk management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
Oversee Day-to-Day Production
- Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers, providing guidance on project execution, prioritization, and client management.
- Take overall accountability for the successful execution of projects, ensuring flawless delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Act as the escalation point for project risks, blockers, and critical decisions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in project management, program management, or operations within a SaaS, tech, or ConstructionTech environment.
- 3+ years of leadership experience , managing and developing project management teams.
- Proven ability to optimize team efficiency and utilization in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills , with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience leading process transformations and change management within a growing organization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and drive alignment across cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and clients.
- Experience working in a global environment and managing remote teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
- Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- BSc in Industrial Engineering, BA in Management, Economics, or a related field – an advantage.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Asana).
