You will be responsible in growing and establishing the Saudi Arabia COE and ensuring that the center is creating value for the different stakeholders, in addition to building and managing the COE organization.
You will:
Commit to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Center of Excellence in Saudi Arabia; along with providing inputs on the strategic directions to formalize the COE strategy; with the ability to communicate and translate the strategies into initiatives and projects/programs.
Drive an “Employer of Choice” culture to increase employee’s engagement and cooperation with processes to attract and hire world-class talent, increase motivation, development, and retention.
Build and maintain relationships with Government, Universities, and Industry organizations, that helps setting up and growing the center together, and position Dell Technologies as a frontrunner in the IT industry. Identify opportunities to increase the visibility and strengthen the COE brand both internally and externally among different groups of customers, candidates, and communities.
Drive strong relations program that engages Dell Technologies and its employees to the local community. Build relationships with strategic partners and alliances.
Manage the budget of the Center of Excellence. Follow up on the execution of the strategic programs to ensure the business objectives are met.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with Management Experience (PMP, PgMP, or MBA is a plus).
15+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams.
Exposure to technology and experience in the IT Services field possessing technical knowledge.
Strong communication & relationship building skills.
Background/ experience in setting and developing strategies.
