Extensive lab bring-up and debugging, thermal and mechanical constrain for the testing platform efficiently implemented in the Production floor, robustness sockets solution considering high speed constrains
Work with multiple R&D and Production groups: Board design, System level testing team, Signal Integrity, Layout, Firmware and Testing
Work with the most advantage ATE product in the market - UF and UF Plus Tester & Prober - cutting edge sockets and thermal solutions for high PWR devices
HTOL - High-temperature operating life - leading HW platform of reliability tests
Work with optical interfaces systems on production ATE equipment, new design concept for future products
What we need to see:
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
At least 4+ years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer working on Cad platforms with board design team
Project Management skills
Experience with Digital circuits, Power and High-speed design
Advantages: system-level understanding and familiarity with production environment - SLT and final test
Personal skills: Self-instruction, Multi-disciplined, Multi-Tasking and good interpersonal relationship
