Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in sourcing, category management, or procurement roles, with a focus on managing indirect spend categories.
5 years of experience working in the construction or real estate industry or similar.
Experience in working with commercial, contracting and cross-functional partners to ensure compliance with legal and company standards within the category.
Preferred qualifications:
Certifications in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
8 years of experience in procurement in critical infrastructure environment for the India construction market.
Proficiency in leveraging technology and problem-solving tools to enhance practices and drive data-driven decision-making.
Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and innovation within procurement activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ability to analyze procurement data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making and performance evaluation.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead strategic projects or initiatives aimed at improving procurement processes, implementing new strategies.
