What will you be doing?

- Provide proactive technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the optimal performance of PV systems.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers to enhance their understanding and effective use of SolarEdge technologies.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer support teams to address client needs and deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Develop and update account plans, track performance metrics, and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Manage and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to customers operations.
