Job Responsibilities
- Interact with various teams and data sources to create/track project tasks required for numerous on-boardings, migrations, and off-boardings.
- Manage relationships and work directly with Utility/Hub specific virtual teams, build strong relationships with all global stakeholders
- Manage and drive project deliverables, both day to day and long-term project based
- Approach problem solving proactively, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow things through
- Complete Ad Hoc reporting / Analysis projects
- Create and refine Best Practices
- Understand and share Operation models and Standard Operating Procedures
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s Degree with Fund Accounting, Custody or Business Management experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and processes in a dynamic environment
- Possess strong organizational skills (ability to coordinate across multiple touch points and manage a broad array of tasks)
- Control Minded, Team oriented and flexible, with an ability to take ownership over projects and proactively progress them through completion
- Strong analytical capabilities, ability to synthesize data sets and identify key themes, process solutions
- Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 2 plus years of experience in Fund Accounting Operations or related experience in fund services
- Previous Team Leadership experience and working with multiple vendors, clients and shared services both internally and externally.
- Experience with process improvements through focus on efficiency increase and risk reduction.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business preferred)
