As a, you will work with internal and external customers to understand technical challenges and needs to resolve or improve their EV charging experience. This requires strong communication with both customer and internal technical teams. This technical product position will be responsible for driving root cause understanding of systems issues along with defining technical product requirements/improvements to be implemented by internal teams or key suppliers.
