Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (e.g., growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Ability to communicate in English and Polish fluently for interactions with local and international stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience of creating and executing marketing strategy and campaigns in Business-to-Consumer or Business-to-Business and client facing environment, as well as managing events.
Experience of driving multi-year initiatives with continuous performance and user experience improvement.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to value feedback and takes steps to invest in self-development and the development of those around them.
Excellent problem solving and analysis skills, with ability to bring ideas into product positioning and marketing campaigns.
