The Role:

• Practically apply the latest AI/ML advancements to SAP and customer problems
• Translate new concepts and ideas into prototypes
• Develop using a modern cloud infrastructure stack in SAP BTP
• Support data scientists with engineering tasks throughout the project phases, including data pipelines and AI model lifecycles
• Research, implement and evaluate emerging industry trends and evaluate their potential in an SAP context
• Work closely with product management, designers, data scientists, and other developers to ensure project success
• The role requires teamwork either from Berlin or Potsdam Location

What you bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Relevant work experience: prior internships, working student positions, relevant personal projects, and similar experience is required
• First practical experience in web development (frontend, backend, or both), at minimum in university courses/projects is required
• Typescript proficiency is required; Python is a plus; knowledge of node.js, React is a plus
• Familiarity with cloud software development tools: Git, Docker, Kubernetes
• Language skills: English required, German is a plus
