Core Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing advanced GenAI solutions to solve complex problems across various enterprise domains (finance, HR, quality, supply chain, etc.).

  • Conducting research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into various applications and products.

  • Designing and conducting experiments to validate and optimize different solutions.

  • Collaborating with the MLOps team to establish standards for AI/ML model development, deployment, and monitoring.

  • Proactively measuring and communicating the value generated from developed solutions to business and IT leaders across GE HealthCare.

  • Identifying new opportunities to further leverage data science solutions, prioritizing those with the greatest potential business impact.

  • Ensuring best practice adoption within the Enterprise AI team by applying appropriate levels of technical capability, standardization, and subject matter expertise.

  • Driving a culture of analytics and fact-based decision-making through the use of standard methodologies and approaches.

  • Operating as a thought leader and visionary, with the ability to influence executive leaders in the strategic use of ML, AI, GenAI, and advanced analytics for decision-making and value creation.

Required Qualification & Skills

  • Hands-on experience in developing GenAI solutions (e.g., chatbots, RAG agents, multi-agent systems).

  • Hands-on experience in enterprise SDLC

  • Proficiency in modern Python and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

  • Strong programming skills and experience in application architecture design.

  • Ability to continuously track, evaluate, and adapt the latest advancements in deep learning and AI/ML research to business use cases across GE HealthCare.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

  • Ability to collaborate with business partners on process analysis and task automation.

  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and performing efficient data analysis.

  • Expertise in transformers, self-supervised learning, and generative AI models.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualification & Skills

  • PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a STEM-related field with a focus on neural networks and computer vision.

  • Familiarity with deep learning architectures including CNNs, RNNs, and GANs.
