ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inventory Control and analysis related to the organizations expense
• Minimum stock analytic and control inventory support machine requirement.
• Monitor, analyze and improve for reduce abnormal usage
• Prepare reports on cost and inventory analysis, including trends, performance indicators, and future projections.
• Develop cost estimates for projects based on historical data, business market trends and operational factors.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, procurement, and other departments to gather relevant cost data and ensure alignment on cost-related goals
• Risk Management to identify and assess financial risks associated with costs and provide mitigation strategies

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor Degree in Data Analytic, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Production, or equivalent.
• At least 0-3 years inventory and store function or pass on the job qualification

PREFERRED:

• Work in HDD business especially Slider Head
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Proficiency in Microsoft office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Flexible and adaptable , Being observant, Service-minded

SKILLS:

• Data analytic and Basic Technical Problem Solving.
• Able to analyze the cost spending and inventory.
• Able to use Microsoft Office and computer literacy
• Able to solve and improvement the spare part usage
• Able to use Microsoft project or equivalent
• Able to support the production and engineering evaluation.
• Able to expedite project schedule per Manager assign
• Able to communicate for Basic English.
• Able to perform the job as the schedule
