Walmart eCommerce’s Marketplace connects sellers with shoppers on our platform and enables our sellers to deliver an exceptional customer experience. As a part of the product team, you will top-tier content enrichment experience to empower our sellers to build highest quality catalog on Marketplace to drive the best shopper experience. Y ou will get to work with many internal, cross-functional teams to develop scalable end-to-end solutions, driving key performance metrics and milestones. The team is in hyper growth mode and is considered a top priority for Walmart, Inc.

  • own a deep knowledge in retail industry focused on Marketplaces.

  • You have a strong bias for outcome and are not bogged down by how to get to it.

  • You love playing with data ! Ability to quantify what success looks like for your product. Also, familiarity to analytical tools like Mixpanel and Looker.

  • Ability to articulate your thoughts in a crisp and succinct way to your stakeholders.

  • Attention to detail .

  • Growth mindset with appetite to expand scope .

  • You are a strong cross-functional collaborator with design, engineering, etc.

  • Ability to influence stakeholders .

  • Experience in setting and delivering on a strategy you crafted, working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and partners, while being accountable for outcomes

  • Navigate a complex matrix organization including engineering and business teams to build top tier seller experience .

  • Collect and analyze seller feedback to refine and improve p roduct .

  • Support global platform initiatives and analytics, focusing on content excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...
