As a Manager Senior HR Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a global HR Operations team responsible for employee support
- Developing and maintaining close working relationships with HR Business Partners and internal HR Teams including Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, and Global Talent Development.
- Supporting and designing our core HR systems including Oracle Cloud, Service Now Help Desk, and other key systems.
- Running key programs and HR initiatives manage shared services, including service requests, exit management, country specific compliance projects, process automation, and employee onboarding & training
- Ensuring process excellence, documentation is complete for all functions and global strategy is communicated and followed
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 10 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in related area
- Experience in Human Resources leadership overseeing a global team
- Have experience in shared services model and help desk process knowledge
- Have experience in HRIS system and tools such as Oracle, Service Now
- Be proficient in project management, presentation skills, communication, Excel, PowerPoint
- Be able to effectively communicate in business English both written and verbal
